  1. After you reserve spot it will take you to a page that looks like this:

  1. CLICK THE RED BOX - From there you will be directed to the following page when you click the red box.

  2. On this page, sign your waver and click “choose your eveelution.” You’ll then be taken to the fom to choose and you’ll be all set.
